At Tranquil Gardens we are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for working outdoors creating unique landscapes for our clients. Working together as an efficient team is an essential component of what we do. Experience in the horticulture industry is great if you have it but not a requirement. As the owner of the company with over 35 years experience getting dirty building complex projects I value: A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and the ability to take direction. What we do is very physically demanding and the appreciation of that hard work by our clients is what drives us. I believe every employee should have the opportunity to learn the many skills used during the construction process. As a project takes shape using these skills in a variety of ways keeps things more interesting from day to day. Successful team members always have an opportunity for career advancement from installer to equipment operator, irrigation technician, crew foreman/project manager to name a few.  Industry training and continued education are also ongoing within our company. Keeping up to date with the newest products and installation advancements is an exciting bonus of the winter months. The landscaping industry offers many great career opportunities and we have a great deal to offer driven individuals who love making a positive impact in the environment!
